Actress, model & Puerto Rican bomba dancer
I am Mairim Inés, model, actress, dancer and human rights defender. Graduated from the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus obtaining the degree of Bachelor in the Drama Program with concentration in Acting, and another in Foreign Languages with emphasis in Italian and Portuguese.
As a child I fell in love with the arts and culture, and as an advocate of these I became a dancer and percussionist of the folk rhythm "Bomba Puertorriqueña" in the Escuela de Bomba Municipal of my hometown, Mayagüez. With firm steps I decided to share my knowledge with future generations with the artistic group Bambulaé, also from the Bomba School. Later I decided to explore new fields that would continue to open way in the world of arts and entertainment, then I trained at the Free School of Music Ernesto Ramos Antonini in Mayagüez under the Spanish guitar program.

As a model, I hosted the premiere party of TANA’s video "Paz o Pasión", modelling Body Painting created by Adolfo Barreto, Cirque Du Soleil’s Makeup Artist.

In 2021 I had the opportunity to travel to New York and be part of the Coco Rocha Model Camp, Cycle 57, where I had the opportunity to train in modeling with Canadian supermodel Coco Rocha. In this Master Class I had the opportunity to be photographed by Matthew Tyler Priestley, photographer published in New York. In 2022, I appeared as a cameo in Don't You Worry Remix, music video for Black Eyed Peas, Shakira and Farruko, directed by Director X. Also, in 2023, I appeared as a bomba dancer in Son del Batey's music video, Ah En, Mis Barriles. ​​Also, I become Blue Diamonds Luxury's (John Hardy) brand face.

As an actress, I have given life to several theater plays presented at the University of Puerto Rico. These include pieces such as Steel Magnolias (2016), Flor de Presidio (2017), The Glass Menagerie (2018), Breaking Up (2019), among others. In 2022, Talentos K Agency signed me to represent me as their new talent. I also became stand- in and photo doble of Cristin Milioti's main role, Emma, in the The Resort serie for NBC Peacock Streaming Channel. Also, I worked in my first short film as main role, El Desamparo. In 2023, I appeared as a voice over cameo in Mara has three jobs in San Juan, Puerto Rico, SAG-AFTRA short film. I also worked on Epilogo short film as main role.
In my future plans I intend to continue graduate studies in Cinematography in order to practice as an actress and model for large companies. I trust my instincts and hope that my soul will guide me on paths of success and transformation.
